Our Chapter

With the surge of construction and population came the need for greater safety awareness and outreach for the community and a forum where safety professionals could network and better serve the needs of the community in Southwest Florida.
Our charter certificate was granted in June of 1991.

Recent years have seen many changes in SWFL that have effected the Florida Suncoast Chapter activities. Our Chapter meets monthly and hosts speakers from various industries to meet the needs of our community. The founders of the chapter came from the construction and general industry. Our group has grown to more than 130 members and we continue to promote the attendance of membership as well as guests at our monthly meetings.  You do not have to be a member to attend our meetings.
